Withdrawal or revocation instructions

As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days and without giving reasons. The statutory withdrawal period begins on the day on which you (or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods. If you have ordered the goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you (or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier) took possession of the last goods.
For your order on www. fourme. at we grant you - beyond your statutory right - an extended right of withdrawal of another 16 days at this time. You therefore have a total of 30 days to revoke the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, telephone call or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient if you send the notification about the exercise of your right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period of 30 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concerning:

  • Services when we have provided the service in full. However, only if we have started to perform the contract on the basis of an express request from you (§ 10 Austrian FAGG) before the expiry of the withdrawal period according to § 11 Austrian FAGG and you additionally either
    • have confirmed prior to the commencement of service provision that you will lose your right of withdrawal with full performance of the contract, or
    • you have expressly invited us to visit you to have repairs carried out
  • Goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which we have no influence and which may occur within the withdrawal period
  • Goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs (e. g. personal greeting or greeting cards)
  • Goods which could perish quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded (e. g. perishable foodstuffs)
  • Goods that are delivered sealed and cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery (e. g. hygiene or personal care products)
  • Goods which, by reason of their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
  • alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which cannot be delivered earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which we have no influence
  • audio or video recordings or computer software supplied in a sealed package, provided that the seal has been removed after delivery
  • Newspapers, periodicals or illustrations, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications
  • Services in the fields of accommodation for non-residential purposes, transport of goods, rental of motor vehicles and the supply of food and beverages and services provided in connection with leisure activities, provided that a specific time or period is stipulated in the contract for the performance of the contract by us
  • the provision of digital content that is not intended to be delivered on a physical data carrier (e. g. downloads, e-books, . . . ), if we have started the performance of the contract (i. e. the digital content has been provided) before the expiry of the withdrawal period in accordance with § 11 Austrian FAGG. However, the right of withdrawal only expires in those cases in which you are obliged to pay according to the contract, in which you also
    • have expressly consented to the commencement of the performance of the contract before expiry of the withdrawal period,
    • have confirmed that you will lose your right of withdrawal due to the premature commencement of the contract performance and
    • we will send you a copy or confirmation according to § 5 para. 2 or § 7 para. 3 Austrian FAGG have made available
  • Furthermore, you do not have the right to withdraw from contracts for urgent repair or maintenance work, in which you have expressly invited us to visit to carry out such work. However, the right of withdrawal is not excluded for further services that you have not explicitly requested or delivered goods that are not necessarily required as spare parts for maintenance or repair.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract effectively, all payments made on it will be refunded to you at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your declaration of revocation. This applies including paid return shipping costs, but only up to the amount of the cheapest standard shipping costs offered for your order.
For the refund, we will use the same method of payment that you used for your original payment. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have either received the goods back or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned.

You have to pay for any loss in value of the goods only if the loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return period: You have to send the goods back to the return address to be announced by us no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The return period is respected if you send the goods before the expiry of the return period of 14 days.

Return shipping costs: We will bear the return shipping costs due to a withdrawal if you use the return label provided by us, the goods do not have to be returned by forwarding and the return shipment is sent from one of the following countries: Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia (Reval), Spain, Finland, France, Great Britain, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia.
This country restriction is non-discriminatory for economic, legal and logistical reasons.

How does the return work in Austria?
For the return simply contact us by e-mail. You will then receive the shipping label easily and conveniently by e-mail and receive information on how to proceed. This way, the return is free for you.

When you return your products to us, please note the following:

  • You should get a proof of shipment and keep it until you have received the refund or replacement.
  • Returned products will be processed within 5 working days (excluding Saturdays) of receipt.
  • You must pack the goods with reasonable care so that the products are not damaged during transport.
  • When returning electronic devices, they must be returned in their original packaging to avoid transport damage.
  • For goods that have to be sent back to us by means of forwarding, the cost of returning the goods will not be borne.
  • What can be returned?
  • You can return the received goods within 14 days by returning the goods. Furthermore, we grant you an extended right of return of 16 days at this time. So you have 30 days to return the goods.

You can return all unopened products that are unused and still in their original packaging to us. Please pack the returned products well so that they are not damaged upon return.
Please also specify the exact reason for the return and the following data: name, address, order number.

How do I get my money back?
Once your return has been received correctly and within the 30-day return period, the amount will be transferred back to the originally selected payment method within a few working days. If desired, we can also create a voucher.
After processing your return, we will send you a confirmation and the credit note by e-mail.
